Specifically designed for pregnancy, this treatment combines lymphatic drainage techniques inspired by the Renata França® method with gentle, enveloping massage movements. Anaïs has developed a bespoke protocol designed to adapt to the needs and comfort of expectant mothers.
The techniques are performed in pregnancy-friendly positions, including side-lying, to ensure optimal comfort throughout the treatment. The session combines targeted drainage, particularly around the legs, with a relaxing back massage and gentle, enveloping movements that encourage deep relaxation. Each treatment is tailored to your needs on the day, offering gentle, comfortable and deeply restorative support throughout pregnancy.
